Shipping & Returns


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Be Cozy & Kind purchase or gift. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will initiate a refund or exchange - no questions asked – as long as the item is in its original, saleable condition.

Standard Returns and Exchange Procedures

We are sorry that the Be Cozy & Kind item you ordered did not meet your expectations. 

If you created an account in our store when you placed your order, you can quickly and easily initiate a return by following these steps:

  • Log in to using the email address and password you created at the time of your order
  • Click “Orders” on the left side of the screen
  • Click on the order that contains the items you wish to return - this will open the order
  • Click “Request return” in the upper right hand corner of the order details
  • Complete the requested fields in the return form and click “Submit return request”

You will receive a confirmation email when your return request is submitted and will hear from Be Cozy & Kind shortly to complete the return. 

If you did NOT create an account at the time you placed your order, or if you are returning a gift, please complete our contact form and provide your name and the name of the item you wish to return. We will email you a return shipping label using the email address provided with your order. You will be refunded the cost of the item minus the cost of return shipping within 3 business days after the return is received. Refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment.

Gift returns

We are sorry that this gift did not meet your expectations. Please complete our contact form and provide us with the following information:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • The name of the item you wish to return
  • The name of the person who purchased the gift for you so we can track the original order

We will issue you a store credit that can be used toward the purchase of another item.
